1.1 What shipping methods are available?

Our standard shipping is USPS with typical transit time of 5-7 business days. If you would like a different shipping option, please contact us at [email protected]

 
1.2 How long will it take to get my package?

Orders ship between 1-3 business days from the order date*. As soon as your order has been mailed, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link. Transit time averages 5-7 days for US destinations. International orders often take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

*Due to the ongoing pandemic, please allow extra time for shipping. We are doing our best to fill orders as quickly as possible, but as you know, things are a bit unpredictable at the moment. Thank you for your patience.

 

1.3 How can I get in touch with someone about my order?

1.4 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! If you don't see a shipping option for your location, please email your order to [email protected]

1.5 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Items that have not been worn or washed may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange a product or you received a damaged product, please email us at [email protected] to start the return process.

1.6 How about that COVID?

We are working with a very small staff at the moment, so please be patient with us. We love our customers and we love our employees, and we are taking every safety precautions necessary to keep everyone healthy.

The pandemic has caused quite a few unexpected changes to pop up rather quickly (can we all agree that this has been a rollercoaster year), so If we are a bit slow to respond to your email, please be patient with us... we might be in the middle of disinfecting surfaces. If our store isn't open during posted hours, please be patient with us... our employee might have had a family emergency. 

1.7 Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but if you open an account, you’ll be added to our list of folks that receive coupons and info about sales.

1.8 How can I change my order?

If you’d like to make a change to your order before it has been shipped, please email us at [email protected]

1.9 Is buying on-line safe?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don’t store any of your payment information.

1.10 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

1.11 Do you accept custom orders?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate most custom orders, but we have been known to make exceptions when our schedule allows and the order is over 100 items. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

1.12 My order just arrived and an item was damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! Let us take care of that for you! Please call our store manager at 907-333-4657 or email us at [email protected] for a replacement.

1.13 Where do your designs come from?

Yes! We'd love to have our ink in your store. Please get in touch at [email protected] to start the wholesale process.

Yes! However, if you’re going to use our images, please link back to the product page or our website. We love when bloggers feature our work!

1.16 Do you have a store I can visit?

We do! The Octopus Ink gallery is located in Anchorage Alaska (410 G street). Please stop in next time you are in the area.
